Poker Rooms On The Central Vegas Strip

The Central Las Vegas Strip consists of seven Caesars Entertainment properties and two MGM Resorts properties. All mid strip poker rooms are within walking distance of each other. Two high end poker rooms are included in this part of the Las Vegas Strip, as well as a few small rooms that specialize in just one game. The midpoint of this area is Flamingo Road.

Aria – Aria has become one of the leaders in Las Vegas poker. Aria will often have all of their 24 tables active. Players at those tables will be playing 1/3, 2/5 and 5/10 No Limit Texas Holdem, 1/3 Pot Limit Omaha, and a variety of mixed games. Aria offers two tournaments a day. Tournament times are 1pm and 7pm.

Bally’s – Bally’s is a 10 table poker room. The main game offered is 1/2 No Limit Texas Hold’em. Bally’s also offers 3/6 Fixed Limit Texas Hold’em during peak hours. Bally’s offers three tournaments daily at 11am, 4pm, and 8pm.

Bellagio – Anchor by the high limit area known as Bobby’s Room, the Bellagio Poker Room has 30 tables in three different sections. The poker room is divided into low limit, mid limit, and high limits. Each section has its own podium. The main games offered at the Bellagio Poker Room are 1/2, 2/5 and 5/10 No Limit Texas Hold’em, as well as 4/8, 10/20, and 20/40 Fixed Limit Texas Hold’em. There is one daily poker tournament which starts at 2pm.

Bill’s Gambling Hall – Bill’s Gambling Hall has a 5 table poker room. The poker room offers just one type of game, $.50/$1 No Limit Texas Hold’em. This is the only no limit game in Las Vegas with a big blind of $1. The buyin for this game is $20-$200. There are five daily poker tournaments at Bill’s Gambling Hall. The start times are 11:30am, 2:30pm, 5:30pm, 8:30pm, and 11:30pm.

Caesars Palace – Caesars Palace is a 25 table poker room located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. The poker room at Caesars Palace specializes in 1/3 and 2/5 No Limit Texas Hold’em. There are three daily tournaments. The start times are 9am, 7pm, and 10pm.

Flamingo – The Flamingo offers one of the oldest poker rooms in Las Vegas. The reconditioned poker room offers 11 tables. There are three standard games at the Flamingo Poker Room. There is 1/2 No Limit Texas Hold’em, as well as 2/4 and 3/6 fixed limit. There are five tournaments each day. The start times are 12:30am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, and 9pm.

Harrah’s – Harrah’s has a 12 table poker room which is ideal for players bothered by casino smoke and noise. The poker room is completely walled in and separated from the casino and sports book. The main game at the Harrah’s Poker Room is 1/2 No Limit Texas Hold’em. There are five daily tournaments at 1am, 8am, 10am, 3pm, and 8pm.

Imperial Palace – Imperial Palace is a lower end poker room which offers 8 tables. The two main games are 2/4 Fixed Limit and 1/2 No Limit Texas Hold’em. There is also a 3/6 mixed game every Sunday night. There are three daily tournaments. The start times are 12pm, 3pm and 8pm.

Planet Hollywood – The Planet Hollywood Poker Room is a 12 table area in the center of the rear casino floor. The main game at Planet Hollywood is 1/2 No Limit Texas Hold’em, with an occasional 2/5 no limit game. There are three daily tournaments at 10am, 2pm, and 7pm.
